NAACP officials and Democratic state senator hit with felony charges over toppling statue that fell on protester’s head

A Virginia state senator and several NAACP officials were slapped with two felony charges over their alleged roles in the destruction of a Confederate statue by a mob in Portsmouth, Virginia. A protester received life-altering injuries in that incident when a statue fell on his head.

Portsmouth Police Chief Angele Greene announced the charges in a media briefing Monday.

“As the result of our efforts in this matter, we have identified and secured arrest warrants of numerous individuals who conspired, organized, and participated in the felonious acts on June 10th. This investigation yielded the same results of holding individuals who commit crimes in our city accountable but was done in a safe manner so that my officers and no other members of the public were harmed,” Greene said.

“Therefore on today’s date, felony warrants for conspiracy to commit a felony and felony injury to a monument in excess of $1,000, have been obtained for the following individuals: Senator L. Louise Lucas, NAACP representative James Boyd, NAACP representative Louie Gibbs, NAACP representative LaKeesha Atkinson,” she continued.

Greene went on to name several school board members, three public defenders and other individuals who were also charged.

“I am asking for these persons with current arrest warrants to immediately turn themselves in to the Portsmouth Police Department,” Greene added.

Protester grievously injured

The mob attack on Confederate statues in Portsmouth made national headlines over a video that showed a statue landing on a protester’s head after being toppled from its monument.

The video quickly went viral on social media:

The protester who was seriously injured was later identified as Chris Green. His wife said that he flatlined twice on the way to the hospital where he was placed in a medically-induced coma.

After the horrendous incident, many noted that Louise Lucas personally told police officers to stand down as the protesters attacked the statue, and she was caught on video doing so.

“They cannot arrest them because the city owns this property,” Lucas said at the time. “Come July 1, they can take it down anyway. So, these police officers cannot arrest them for being on city property. So, I’m going to stand right here and see what’s going to happen.”

Lucas later demanded that the city manager fire the police chief because she had “abdicated her responsibility to maintain peace and failed to uphold the law.”

Police said they are seeking the help of the public to identify others involved in the protests against the Confederate monument.

The family for Green created a GoFundMe account that garnered more than $55,000 in donations to aid in paying his health bills.

Jill Biden’s ex-husband accuses her of affair with Joe in 1970s

Jill Biden’s ex-husband has accused the potential first lady of having an affair with Joe Biden and says they lied about how they met in the 1970s, according to a bombshell new report.

Bill Stevenson on Monday accused the presumptive Democratic nominee of being a home-wrecker and says the feel-good story of how Joe and Jill met on a blind date is completely made up, the Daily Mail reported.

“I don’t want to hurt anyone,” said Stevenson, now 72, who is working on a book that includes the lurid claim. “But facts are facts and what happened, happened.”

Stevenson and his then-wife grew close to Biden in 1972 while working on his first campaign to represent Delaware in the US Senate.

That same year, tragedy struck when Biden’s first wife, Neilia, and infant daughter were killed in a car crash.

Stevenson said he first suspected an affair in 1974, when his wife passed on meeting an up-and-coming rock star who was set to play at his Delaware club.

“I know exactly when it was,” he told the Daily Mail. “Bruce Springsteen was going to play at The Stone Balloon and I had to go to Northern New Jersey to pay him in advance.

“’I asked Jill to go with me and she said no — she had things to do, she had to look after Joe’s kids, Beau and Hunter. It was kind of a big deal to go meet Springsteen,” he continued. “I had no idea she and Joe were that kind of friendly.

“Then one of her best friends told me she thought Joe and Jill were getting a little too close. I was surprised that she came to me.”

A couple months later, Stevenson got all the evidence he needed when he was told that his wife had been in a fender-bender in her car — while Biden was behind the wheel.

“I was at work and a guy came in and asked, ‘Do you own a brown Corvette?’” Stevenson recalled. “He said back in May it had crunched his bumper and they told him to get an estimate and he never heard back from them.

“I said, ‘Wait a minute. Who is they?’ And he said, ‘Funnily enough, Senator Biden was driving.’”

“I considered Joe a friend. I’m not surprised he fell in love with Jill. Everyone who meets Jill falls in love with her immediately. It’s hard not to,” Stevenson said.

The Bidens, who have been married since 1977, have publicly said they met on a blind date in 1975 — after Joe became a widower and Jill’s first marriage had broken up.

The damaging Daily Mail report comes just days before Biden is expected to be officially named the Democratic nominee Thursday.

The Biden campaign declined comment.

Protesting because they don’t want to be in a crowd to vote….This is just too funny…😂

We must never take for granted the service and sacrifice of our law enforcement officers, and the State of Texas stands ready to provide the support and resources needed to bring justice to those involved. I ask that all Texans join Cecilia and me in prayer for the these officers, and for the safety of all law enforcement officers across the state.”

US Postal Service Office Bailout Is Unnecessarily Stuck In Bloated $3.5 Trillion Bill; US Federal Yearly Revenue is ~ $3.5 Trillion; More Than One Type of Voting by Mail

Mining Awareness +

The US Postal Service Office Bailout is unnecessarily stuck within a Massive $3.5 Trillion Bill; US Federal Yearly Revenue is approximately $3.5 Trillion

At stake is not millions or billions but $3.5 trillion – the amount of ALL US Federal revenue for a good year (eg 2018, 2019 ). This is over 19 times Jeff Bezos’ est. worth. This is $330,189 per Covid unemployed person (10.6 people million more in July than February). Media and supposed “experts” are harping on millions and billions like they don’t understand that this “Heroes” HR 6890 act is trillions. A trillion is 1,000,000,000,000, i.e. one million million. So, this bill would make 3.5 million millionaires.

Please look through the over 1800 pages and almost $3.5 trillion of Pelosi’s HR 6800 and decide the truth for yourself, rather than listening to the media: It even has a table of contents.
