Utterly sad…
Nancy, there are several choices instate of plastic… but in the “so-called civilized world”, we have any ways to avoid the use of plastic (for instance the bags)… But for example in India or other underdeveloped countries, people stick to the bad habit, and instead of re-using several times the bags, they throw it into Nature.
