Top local scientist slams ‘fatal procrastination’ and ‘gross misjudgment’ by the authorities as animal’s wound shows signs of infection

Tuesday, 3rd February, 2015 (Ernest Kao). Hong Kong must establish a set of rules for the rescue of injured marine mammals, a top local scientist said, as he revealed that the condition of a Chinese white dolphin wounded in the city’s waters was worsening.
