The recent death of actor Robin Williams, apparent suicide apparently caused by major severe depression, is causing the general public and news media to take increased or new interest in the subject of depression. Most likely, Robbin Williams suffered from Bipolar I, or Bipolar II (more depressive than manic). Many famous celebrities and creative people, including actress Carrie Fisher, suffer from Bipolar Disorder. Me, too.
It is my opinion that the best people to give advice for treating and stopping all kinds of depression are those people who have experienced depression and know from experience what helps to reduce or stop it.
